Change management

Management of change is key to organisational success. A transition to mobile devices and agile or remote working is a significant change and we help businesses take those steps in a considered and logical way.

We provide consultancy to clients who are looking to get the best out of mobile devices. Making a switch from desk-based work to more agile and mobile work has challenges. Our consultancy services help to make the transition smoother, we can provide:
  • User trials and expert support to help you select the most optimal peripherals for your staff to use with mobile devices
  • Online or face-to-face surveys to benchmark your staffs' views on mobile equipment and peripherals or 'ancillary' equipment (e.g. keyboards, stands etc.)
  • Direct ergonomic assessments of your staff and the ways they use their mobile devices
  • Focus-group sessions to help identify optimal equipment and ways of working, or to identify barriers to use and acceptance of mobile equipment.
  • UX (user experience / interface) trials via associate consultancy
The services we provide play a key role in your effective change management process, and we make sure that you avoid problems such as:
  • Reduced productivity
  • Costly replacement of equipment that is found to go unused
  • Staff resistance to new ways of working
  • Increased sickness absence

Training for your staff

Empowering businesses to manage mobile working risks

Effective health and safety consultancy should empower companies to manage their own risks. Our experience as Health & Safety Inspectors showed us that companies who take active ownership of risks typically go on to show a high quality of risk management. We also appreciate that managing the risks of mobile working is a new area to most companies, so we offer bespoke consultancy to help you with this.
